Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Cath Lab Technologist - Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

\n

• Work 8-hour day shifts with rotating call coverage during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
\n• On-call schedule split by 4, usually 2 days per week with an off week
\n• No weekend requirements
\n• Rotate between scrubbing and circulating procedures including operating x-ray equipment
\n• Operate various catheterization lab devices such as Philips Laser System, IVUS, OCT, and coronary/peripheral atherectomy devices
\n• Work with two Siemens Artis Zee C-arms and McKesson systems (CPACS, Cardiology, and Hemodynamic)
\n• Assist with pre and post procedure areas, patient transport, inventory management, and billing
\n• Perform cardiac and peripheral procedures including Left Heart Cath, Right and Left Heart Cath, PTCA, stenting, thrombectomy, atherectomy, carotid diagnostic and stenting, pacemaker insertion, tilt table tests, kyphoplasty, and AV graft procedures
\n• Minimum 2 years of cath lab experience required
\n• Recent travel experience preferred
\n• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), RCIS or compact license
\n• Preferred certification: ACLS (AHA)
\n• Must complete skills checklist current within 1 year and provide 2 supervisory reference forms from last two years
