Description\n

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with Home Health experience for a 13-week travel contract in Anchorage, AK, requiring HCHB and OASIS proficiency.

Details\n

• Home Health setting serving a geriatric patient population
\n
• Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub/office
\n
• Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours (8:00–17:00)
\n
• Caseload of 5–7 patients per day, with a minimum of 6 visits daily or 30 points weekly
\n
• Uses HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase) as the EMR
\n
• No on-call requirement
\n
• Local candidates are accepted at the travel rate
\n
• iPad provided for use in the field; mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Current PT license required; license in hand required if applicable
\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health physical therapy experience required
\n
• OASIS experience required
\n
• Experience with HCHB EMR required
\n
• Current BLS certification required
\n
• Ability to manage a defined geographic territory of up to 60 miles from the home office
\n
