DJE Properties is currently interviewing for an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor. We are searching for a candidate to begin a new career or continue theirs and join our growing base here in San Antonio. DJE Properties is the new branch of DJE Texas Management Group which is our investment portfolio/private equity group. In just over 2 years time, we have grown to 10 properties and over 2,000 total units! With the number of properties that we are establishing we are looking for our next great candidate who possess the following attributes/qualifications:

• EPA Required

• 1 year or relevant experience

• Must have reliable and readily available transportation

Our Assistant Maintenance Supervisor is to effectively initiate and manage the maintenance processes of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance as well as the make-ready process in a manner consistent with the property’s operational objectives.

The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor is expected to take an active, hands-on approach to the completion of duties as well as to facilitate the development and performance of others.

Responsibilities/Competencies:

Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repair involving the following on a daily basis:

• Electrical and plumbing

• A/C and heating systems

• Interior and exterior lights

• Appliance repair

• Ceiling leaks/Sheetrock Repair
