Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of mobile technologies to identify security vulnerabilities.
  • Perform reverse engineering on binaries and software components to uncover potential weaknesses.
  • Write exploits or proofs of concept using C, Python, and Assembly to demonstrate control over identified flaws.
  • Document research findings meticulously for reporting and future reference.
  • Collaborate with team members, including other researchers and developers, to share insights and strategies.
Requirements

  • Proficiency in understanding the Linux Kernel and device drivers.
  • Experience reading and writing assembly code (x86/x64).
  • Extensive experience using debuggers such as ADB and GDB.
  • Strong development skills in C, Python, and Assembly language.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment, contributing to collaborative projects.
Desired Skills

  • Familiarity with additional mobile platforms beyond Android (e.g., iOS).
  • Experience with security tools, frameworks, or methodologies beyond the basics.
  • Knowledge of networking protocols and cryptographic techniques relevant to security research.
  • Contribution to open-source projects or a history of participation in bug bounty programs.
  • Understanding of mobile application development processes and ecosystems.
