Job Description:

Quality Inn and Suites is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Housekeeper Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team. This position plays a key role in ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our guests/residents. If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for cleanliness, and experience in housekeeping, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping staff activities
   

• Inspect rooms, public areas, and work areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
   

• Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols
   

• Assign duties and prepare schedules for housekeeping personnel
   

• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and order as needed
   

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
   

• Report maintenance or repair needs to appropriate departments
   

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
   

• Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
   

• Strong organizational and communication skills
   

• Ability to lead and motivate a team
   

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and health/safety standards
   

• Flexible with working weekends and holidays, as needed
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in hospitality, healthcare, or residential facilities
   

• Bilingual is a plus
