Czech Speaking Consultant for B2B SaaS & Cloud Computing Department

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Czech Speaking Consultant to join our Client's B2B SaaS & Cloud Computing Department. In this important Junior position, you will serve as a vital link for our Czech-speaking clients, assisting them in maximizing the benefits of our SaaS and cloud computing solutions to enhance their business operations.

Your main responsibilities will include providing comprehensive support, addressing client inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, and contributing to the sales process. Your strong communication skills and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a significant role in fostering lasting relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Czech-speaking clients regarding B2B SaaS and cloud computing inquiries
• Provide informative product demonstrations and detailed presentations tailored to client needs
• Support the sales team in managing client relationships and closing deals
• Troubleshoot client issues and deliver effective solutions promptly
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records of sales activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and contribute to service enhancements
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments in SaaS and cloud computing

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset
• Basic understanding of B2B sales processes and SaaS/cloud computing solutions is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently
• Prior experience in sales or customer support is desirable but not mandatory
• A passion for technology and eagerness to learn about SaaS and cloud computing solutions is essential
