Our Caregivers provide support, personal care and companionship to our clients in their homes and a variety of other settings. The caregiver may accompany the client on outings, assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping or provide medication reminders./strong/p pstrongResponsibilities:/strong/p ul liPromote the mission, vision, and values of the organization./li liTreat clients and their families with respect and dignity while ensuring confidentiality./li liMaintains awareness of the needs and provides care appropriate to condition and age of the client./li liCommunicates to Administrative Team and/or RN any observed changes in patient status and responses./li liInteracts appropriately and professionally with Team Coordinators, Schedulers and Managers./li /ul pstrongQualifications:/strong/p ul liCompassion for others/li liA desire to care for seniors and/or vulnerable adults at homenbsp;/li listrongMust have Current BLS CPR Certification/strong/li listrongValid Driver’s License with Proof of Auto Insurance (necessary for traveling to client homes)/strong/li liHigh School Diploma or equivalent/li liAbility to pass drug screen and Level 2 background check/li listrongSuccessful completion of home health aide or nurses’ aide education program./strongnbsp;strongMust have either a current Certified Nursing Assistant license or be Home Health Certified.
