We have locations across the United States and are looking to add to our amazing team!/p p /p pstrongPosition Summary:/strong/p pA Team Member is responsible for the preparation and presentation of Auntie Anne’s and/or Cinnabon products to the guests, and for the maintenance of the store premises and equipment, in accordance with Fresh Dining Concepts, LLC./p p /p pstrongJob Duties and Responsibilities:/strong/p pInclude but are not limited to:/p ul liPrepare dough and other products (lemonade, butter, dips, Cinnabons, and yogurt)./li liRoll, twist, dip, shape, bake, and bag pretzels/Cinnabons/yogurt./li liPrepare specialty pretzels or other brand products for Cinnabon./li liInsert, rotate, and remove pretzel/Cinnabon trays; monitor ovens for correct baking time and product color./li liDip, drain, and fill pretzels/Cinnabons in the warmer/hot plate./li liPrepare drinks and bag orders using appropriate health and safety measures./li liExhibit a friendly, and courteous attitude toward guests and co-workers./li liHost, greet, and serve guests with a smile, and take orders./li liAssertively and professionally suggest and upsell to increase the company’s profitability and check average./li liOperate the point-of-sale system efficiently with minimum voids and accurately make change./li liServe and provide samples to potential guests./li liSet up equipment, utensils, and supplies for opening./li liBreak down, clean, and put away equipment, utensils, and supplies at closing./li liPerform cleaning and maintenance procedures as directed by the team member in charge of the shift./li liAlways comply with uniform policy and company hygiene/appearance standards./li liMaintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality./li liComplies with Fresh Dining Concepts, LLC policies and procedures, including relevant federal and state regulations (safety and environmental standards, OSHA, EPA, Right to Know, EEO, ADA, etc.)/li /ulh4Qualifications/h4brpstrongRequired Qualifications:/strong/p ul li0-1 years of experience in the food service industry or equivalent retail experience./li liCurrent food handler certification, or ability to obtain certification within the first 30 days as required by local law./li liBasic math and basic reading skills./li liAbility to understand and carry out oral and/or written instructions in English and request clarification when needed./li liStrong guest focus with excellent people skills; including positive can-do attitude and quick learner./li liAvailability to work shifts./li liAbility to develop and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers./li liCompliance with all health and sanitation laws and regulations./li /ul p /p pstrongPreferred Qualifications/strong/p ul liExperience in computer, smart phones, iPads, retail handhelds, and POS systems./li liGeneral knowledge and understanding of the food industry or retail operations preferred, but not required./li /ul p /p pstrongJob Requirements/Physical Demands:/strong/p ul liThe essential job functions are prolonged/stationary standing, walking, squatting, bending, and repetitive and constant hand/arm motions (i.e. rolling, dipping pretzels/Cinnabons)./li liThe ability to lift 50+ pounds./li liAbility to work in a fast-paced, highly stressed environment when dealing with point-of-sale system/guests/staff./li liWork with agility./li liOccasional long hours within the state and federal applicable laws./li liAbility to write simple correspondence [In English].
