We are focused on finding passionate, talented enrichment providers and giving them the autonomy and support they need to create engaging and magical experiences for children.br/p h1What You'll Do/h1 pYou will be matched with opportunities to teach art courses to elementary school studentsnbsp;at schools, buildings and communitiesnbsp;across Philadelphia. Topics range from clay, to animation (digital and stop motion), to arts and crafts and creative STEM projects.nbsp;These teaching opportunities will be for terms that could last anywhere from 6 weeksnbsp;to 18 weeks.nbsp;In this role, you'll have the following responsibilities:/p ulliConceive of and create an age-appropriate curriculum for your class. *Alternatively, we have a curriculum already available for this course if you'd like a jumping off point.*/liliDesign outcome-based lesson plans/liliSpecify the materials you'll need to run the course successfully/liliConsistently arrive at your class on time (or early!)/liliCreate and memorable experience for the children in your class to help them grow and develop a passion for art/liliHelp children understand why art is so wonderful and how it's helped shape you as a person/li/ul h1Who You Are/h1 ulliFun, enthusiastic, experienced art instructor, with deep experience teaching school age children/liliAble to create positive class community and build relationships with students/liliExperience leading your own classes/liliHas excitement, joy and passion for teaching kids and personal development/learning/liliCooperative, supportive, flexible/liliHas a strong work ethic and do whatever it takes mindset/liliAt least two references/li/ul
