Unparalleled Service isn’t just a part of our mission statement at Seminole Gaming; it’s a commitment to each and every one of our current and future Guests./span/p Responsibilities: p style="margin: 0px"strongJOB SUMMARY:/strong/pp style="margin: 0px"strong /strong/pp style="margin: 0px"The incumbent in this position is responsible for soliciting and identifying new gaming customers for the Players Club program./pp style="margin: 0px" /pp style="margin: 0px"strongESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:/strong/pp style="margin: 0px" /pp style="margin: 0px"Essential job duties include, but are not limited to:/pp style="margin: 0px" /pulliMaintaining customer information./liliAssuring the highest standards of data entry. /liliThis is an hourly position TIPS may not be accepted. /liliGreet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave. /liliDemonstrate exceptional guest courtesy to both internal and external customers with every interaction, whether in person or by telephone. /liliProvide timely and accurate enrollment into the Seminole Players Club program both at the PC desk and on the floor. /liliEnter customer data timely, accurately and adhere to company rules and guidelines./liliRedeem customer points for rewards, gifts, and etc./liliAssist guest with promotional offers as received via direct mail or other advertising. /liliEnsure all policies and procedures are followed with all required paperwork completed and filed accurately. /liliEnsure all guests are fully informed of the benefits and features of the Players Club as they sign up and as promotions/special events/offers change or are updated. /liliResolve problem situations for our players immediately. /liliHandle crowd control effectively with consideration for our guests. /liliAnnounce drawings, events and special promotions on the public address system./liliExecute/assist with drawings and promotions as directed. /liliKeep informed on how machines operate and be able to explain the operation of all gaming activities to guest.  It is the responsibility of each Players Club Representative to learn how new games operate as soon as they are added to the floor./li/ul Qualifications: p style="margin: 0px"strongQUALIFICATIONS:/strong/pulliHigh School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience required. /liliPrevious customer service experience, telemarketing or retail sales experience preferred./liliApplicant must be able to work flexible schedule to include evenings, weekend, and holidays. /liliMust possess excellent interpersonal skills./liliMust be able to work under pressure and handle customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner. /liliTyping skills required with a minimum of at least 25 words per minute. /liliPrevious computer experience required including data entry./li/ulp style="margin: 0px"strongWORK ENVIRONMENT:/strong/pulliMay be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise, and constant exposure to general public./liliWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell.
