Learn more about Vail Health a href="https://www.vailhealth.org/about"here/a./p/divdivstrongRelocation and Housing assistance available./strong/div divnbsp;/div divnbsp;/div divstrongAbout the opportunity:/strong/div divResponsible for independently assisting providers with patient care, maintaining patient records and completing administrative duties that assist in the management of patient care./div divnbsp;/div divstrongWhat you will do:/strong/div ol liObtains, monitors, and records vital signs, patient history, and invasive procedures; ensuring accuracy and proper documentation in the patient’s Electronic Health Record (EHR)./li liFields patient phone calls promptly and in a professional manner.nbsp;/li liAssists providers and other clinical staff with examinations, procedures, and other processes related to direct patient care./li liPrepares patient for scheduled procedures, including venipunctures, injections, and initiates intravenous therapy as necessary./li liMonitors medical condition of patient and report change to appropriate provider./li liMaintains patient documentation and communicates plan of care with provider including ordered diagnostics or therapeutic services./li liEnsures cleanliness, adequate stock of supplies and functioning equipment in examination rooms. Replaces supplies depleted on a daily basis. Cleans and sterilizes equipment and tools.
