This call center role involves troubleshooting RV-related technical issues over the phone, assisting customers with problem resolution, and providing expert advice on RV equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in RV components and systems, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively./pp/ppstrongRequirements/strong/ppstrongEssential Duties and Responsibilities:/strong/pul liDiagnose and troubleshoot RV technical issues over the phone./li liGuide customers through step-by-step solutions to resolve problems./li liMaintain and submit daily reports of customer interactions and troubleshooting cases./li liFollow all company procedures and best practices for customer support./li liRespond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries and follow-ups./li liAdvise customers on proper RV equipment usage, parts, and maintenance./li liManage multiple support cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency./li liReturn customer calls and messages in a timely manner./li liPerform other related duties as assigned./li /ulpstrongRequirements of this position:/strong/ppTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
