We are focused on finding passionate, talented enrichment providers and giving them the autonomy and support they need to create engaging and magical experiences for children.br/p h1What You'll Do/h1 pYou will be matched with opportunities to coach basketball at elementary school students at schools, buildings and communities across New York City. These teaching opportunities will be for terms that could last anywhere from 6 weeks to 18 weeks. In this role, you'll have the following responsibilities:br/p ulliConsistently arrive on location on time to get set up to teach your class/liliCreate lessons and practices that blend skill-building and gameplaynbsp;/liliPick up the children from their teachers and be responsible for them throughout the class/liliManage the group of students, ensuring that they all behave in a safe and respectful manner/liliHandle pick up of the students by their parents. Ensure that children are only released to people approved to pick the child up./liliHelp children develop a deep love for the beautiful game/li/ul h1Who You Are/h1 ulliFun, enthusiastic, experienced basketball coach, with deep experience teaching school age children./liliAble to create positive class community and build relationships with students/liliExperience leading your own classes/liliHas excitement, joy and passion for teaching kids and personal development/learning/liliCooperative, supportive, flexible/liliHas a strong work ethic and do whatever it takes mind set/liliAt least three references/li/ul
