Serves as a Casa de Montecristo brand ambassador./liliBuild relationships with customers. Proactively and effectively communicate product features and benefits, as well as promotional information./liliDemonstrate a tenacious drive for results. Accountable for becoming a trusted, successful expert in the bar and consistently work as part of a team to exceed sales and KPI goals./liliDevelop and maintain strong knowledge of Casa de Montecristo products./liliAssists in the complete operations of the store, including accurate pouring, stock control and product maintenance./liliPerforms all functions to effectively execute corporate initiatives in a timely, efficient and resource-wise manner./li/ululliFollows all Casa de Montecristo policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as well as state and local regulations./liliMaintains visual and cleanliness standards to support the brand image. Ensures a comfortable, responsible and safe environment./liliOther duties as assigned/li/ul Qualifications: ul type="disc"liPrevious bartending experience required./liliPOS and/or computer skills needed/liliKnowledge of wine, liquor and spirits.
