pnbsp;/p pnbsp;strongJob Summary:/strongnbsp;The Registered Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP-R) is expected to interact with patients and their families in a caring, compassionate, considerate manner and provide care with the highest regards for the patient's mental, spiritual, and physical well-being. The RCP-R is responsible for providing basic and advanced Respiratory Care services to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. The RCP-R performs patient assessments, develops Respiratory Care Plans, and then implements and evaluates the effectiveness of the Respiratory Care Plan. He/she is required to deliver respiratory care services to patients in all areas of the hospital including critical care units, telemetry, medical and surgical floors, emergent care areas, post-anesthesia care units, infant nurseries, labor and delivery, pediatrics, cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, and the home care environment.
