This includes annual ongoing in-service training for field staff./li liContact new client referrals and held clients timely and often to coordinate the start or continuation of care./li liWork in conjunction with the service coordinator to ensure branch staffing needs are continually met./li liResponsible for collecting paper documentation submitted by field staff, reviewing it for accuracy and submitting it to the appropriate departments in a timely manner./li liMaintain employee and client medical records (electronic and paper files) including making files, filing regularly and keeping files up to date./li liOrder office supplies for branch./li liCommunicate with branch manager regarding problems and complaints./li liGuarantee all private business information amp; protected health information is kept confidential./li liAs needed- Participates in special department projects/li liAs needed- Attends state held in-service trainings/meetings per management’s direction/li liOther duties as assigned by management/li /ulh3Education and Experience/h3ul liHigh school graduate/GED/li liMinimum of 2 years office experience preferred/li liMust have recent working experience in home health care or medical staffing /li /ulpstrongBenefits/strong/pul liEarned Time Off/li liMedical Benefits, Dental, Life Insurance/li liWeekly paychecks/li liCompetitive Pay/li liFun, Lively, and Family work environment/li liPerformance Bonuses/li liRoom for advancement/li /ul
