Maintenance Technician II (Mystic Place) - Full-time

divWinnCompanies is looking for a bMaintenance Technician II/b to join our team atb Mystic Place/b, a 465-unit market property located in bMedford, MA. /b/divdivbr/divdivIn this role, you will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, residential common areas, offices, grounds, and parking lots. This job requires a highly diversified base of knowledge and skills needed to maintain the property to satisfy ownership and management objectives.nbsp;/divdivbr/divdivbThis opportunity offers a typical work schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 4:30PM, with a rotational on-call schedule that cycles through every 5 weeks./b/divbr/br/bResponsibilities/bbr/liDiagnose and make repairs in such areas as, but not limited to: appliances, carpentry, hardware accessories, masonry, painting, basic electrical, basic plumbing, and basic HVAC./liliComplete assigned service requests and repairs consistent with company operating procedures.
