pMaintain the check stand ends, power panel (wing), outrigger, crossover merchandise, clip/swing (strip) displays, and gift card displays for the location and provide customer service. Role model and demonstrate the Company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety./ph3Responsibilities/h3divul liDeliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service/li liOrder merchandise and maintain/stock all clips/swing (strips), power panels and check stand ends, crossovers and gift cards per schematic/li liVerify Computer Assisted Ordering (CAO) orders are complete/li liPerform Replenishment Management System (RMS) requests/li liCoordinate with HBA and GRO Order Clerk to establish Minimums in Computer Assisted Ordering (CAO) for Impulse Itemsnbsp;/li liComply with stockroom maintenance standards/li liOrder and maintain displays for cross-over merchandise/li liOrder off-shelf merchandise/li liMaintain compliance with divisional signing, recovery, shrink control guidelines, merchandising standards, ticketing standards, planograms, and composites/li liReceive and process freight/li liPerform inventory control functions/li liVerify promotions are set to standard/li liConduct stock counts/li liMaintain accurate On Hands for Replenishment and Computer Assisted Ordering (CAO) items/li liProcess product deletions/li liVerify accuracy in pricing integrity/li liComply with corporate policies/li liPromote and follow Company initiatives/li liMaintain awareness of overstock/understock conditions to maintain ordering system integrity/li liRespond to verbal customer comments/complaints/li liMaintain compliance of Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) standards/li liVerify all planograms are completed on time/li liMust be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation/li /ul/divh3Qualifications/h3divpstrongMinimum/strong/p ul liHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus a minimum of six months company experience and one-two years related retail experience; or combination of relevant education and experience./li liMinimum 18 years of age/li liAbility to pass drug test/li liAbility to work in a fast-paced environment/li liAbility to work weekends/graveyard shifts on an occasional basis, early shifts, and overtime as needed/li liMaintain confidentialitynbsp;/li liAccuracy/attention to detail/li liAbility to organize/prioritize tasks/projects/li liAbility to perform applications in MAGIC and Handheldnbsp;/li liProficient with current Company email/li liFamiliarity with industry/technical terms/processes/li liAbility to work within set time frames/fixed deadlines/li liLift truck certification/license/li /ul pstrongDesired/strong/p ul liKnowledge company policies, procedures, and organizational structure/li liProficiency with Computer Assisted Ordering (CAO)/li /ul/divh2Company/h2divdiv Based in Portland, Oregon, Fred Meyer merged with The Kroger Company in 1998.
