Must also meet and maintain LifeSouth driver's eligibility requirements/pp- Ability to use various floor care machines and other electronic equipment necessary to facilitate daily cleaning and maintenance/pp- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals/pp- Interact professionally with all customers, both external and internal/pp- Ability to multitask and prioritize/pp- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing/pp- Two years of facilities experience preferred/pp- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred/pp- Knowledge of building and grounds maintenance, including the daily and overall upkeep of all assigned areas preferred/ppbr//ppstrongWho We Are/strong/ppLifeSouth is a non-profit community blood bank serving more than 150 hospitals in Alabama, Florida, Georgia and Tennessee.
