p style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:left"uJob Description:/u/pAs a Store Associate, you will provide prompt, efficient, and courteous guest service, follow company policies and procedures, and sell merchandise while delivering on RaceTrac’s mission of making people’s lives simpler and more enjoyable. This individual helps to maintain a clean, guest-friendly environment inside and outside the store. The role of Store Associate can be part or full time and hours may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Earn up to $15.50 per hour for select locations and shifts.p style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:left"uResponsibilities:/u/piFriendly/i ulliEfficiently complete guest transactions at the cash register or self-checkout stations and suggest products that complement purchases/li liFoster positive and professional relationships with co-workers and guests /li liProvide courteous, frictionless, and elevated experience for guests /li liCommunicate respectfully and maintain a consistent team-oriented attitude/li liAddress and mitigate guest concerns with a sense of urgency and involve managers as needed/li/ul iFood/i ulliAdhere to all RaceTrac, federal, state, and local safety-related regulations, including food safety regulations/li liEnsure that all food and beverage offers are available/li liClean food preparation areas and equipment to RaceTrac standards/li/ul iClean/i ulliEnsure the store is clean and fully stocked to provide an elevated guest experience /li liClean inside and outside of store/li liStock shelves and coolers and takes inventory on shelf items/li/ulp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:left"uQualifications:/u/pulliHigh School Diploma or GED in progress or completed/li li1-2 years’ work experience preferred/li liPrevious experience working in a high-volume, guest-focused, transactional environment preferred/li liTakes initiative/li liCan lift up to 50 pounds and repeatedly bend, stand, and reach while on the job/li liMay be required to obtain and maintain food handler permit, based on local or state requirements/li liMay be required to obtain and maintain alcohol server permit, based on local or state requirements/li/ulp/pp/ppiAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment with RaceTrac without regard to their race, national origin, religion, age, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by local, state, or federal laws, rules, or regulations./i/p
