The grounds department is responsible for the upkeep of Subaru Park, WSFS Sportsplex and all surrounding landscaping./span/pp style="margin: 0px;" /pp style="margin: 0px;"span style="font-size: 10pt;"This role will pay an hourly wage of $15.00. /span/pp style="margin: 0px;"span style="font-size: 10pt;" /span/pp style="margin: 0px;"strongspan style="font-size: 10pt;"For PT roles: Benefits: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching./span/strong/pp style="margin: 0px;" /pp style="margin: 0px;"strongspan style="font-size: 10pt;"span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"This position will remain open until March 21, 2025./span/span/strong/p Responsibilities: ullispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Assist Director of Grounds and Head Sports Turf Manager with daily agronomic responsibilities throughout the campus/span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Assure all necessary event equipment is set up and in working order/span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Assist in seasonal maintenance of turf equipment fleet/span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Perform other duties as assigned /span/li/ul Qualifications: ullispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week./span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Preferred college student or graduate with a passion and focus in a Turf Management/Horticulture major or related field. /span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Ability to work effectively independently or in groups, many times unaccompanied. /span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Strong work ethic, time management, organization, and communication skills./span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting 50lbs, climbing stairs, ladders, walking for extended periods of time, etc. /span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. /span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Have flexible hours including night, weekend, and holiday work /span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Ability to work in varying weather conditions such as rain, wind, heat, etc. /span/li/ul Strengthened by our Differences.
