Lead and motivate a team of 6+ warehouse employees. Responsible to providing strategic direction and support to the operations leadership team in order to ensure optimum performance and quality are achieved at a minimum cost. Plan, organize and monitor a multi-temperature warehousing activities, including monthly inventory, stock receiving, storage planning, distribution/shipment logistics, security of the building and purchasing shipping materials.
