Monitor check-in procedures.br• Provide minor technical support to enhance the patron's experience.br• Respond to questions from patrons and educate users, parents, and visitors on E-Sports operations,brincluding programming, equipment, and policies.br• Keep E-Sports room, equipment and supplies clean and sanitized and ready for use by patrons.br• Enforce all E-Sports and building policies, procedures, and code of conduct.br• Monitor E-Sports room to ensure all users are engaging in appropriate conduct at all times.br• Manage opening and closing procedures of the E-Sports room. Secure all equipment at closing.br• Report technical and operational issues to Manager of Duty.brbrstronguOTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/u/strong:br• Performs other duties as required.
