Market Upper Arlington and departmentbrfacilities, programs, and events.br• Answer a high volume of in person inquiries and telephone calls and ensure proper and appropriatebrinformation is given.br• Resolve patron issues and complaints appropriately.br• Ensure all patrons entering the facility are in accordance with building and department policies andbrprocedures.br• Maintains security of building entrances.br• Enforce all building policies and procedures.br• Maintains a clean and inviting work space.br• Operate office machines and equipment including credit card machines.br• Provide general first aid and respond to emergencies in cases of participant's injury or illness. Initiatebrbuilding emergency actions plans and fill out appropriate accident and incident reports when needed.br• Assist with opening and closing procedures of the BCCC.brbrstronguOTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/u/strong:br• Performs other duties as required.
