h4Description/h4pThe Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct and compassionate care to patients or residents in a healthcare, long-term care, or assisted living facility. The RN is responsible for assessing patient needs, creating and implementing care plans, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care. This role requires a high level of clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a commitment to patient safety and well-being./p

liAdminister medications, treatments, and therapies according to physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory guidelines./li
liMonitor patient responses to treatments and adjust care plans as needed, reporting any changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare team members./li

liPerform clinical procedures such as wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, and respiratory treatments in accordance with facility protocols and best practices./li
liProvide patient and family education on medications, treatments, and lifestyle adjustments to promote health and wellness./li
liAssist with diagnostic testing, monitor vital signs, and ensure proper documentation of patient care activities./li

liSafely administer medications and treatments, following the five rights of medication administration (right patient, right drug, right dose, right route, and right time)./li
liEnsure accurate documentation of medication administration and promptly report any adverse reactions or errors./li
liMonitor and manage medications for patients with chronic conditions or complex medication regimens./li

listrongEducation:/strong Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Associatersquo;s or Bachelorrsquo;s degree in Nursing)./li

listrongExperience:/strong Previous experience in a healthcare, long-term care, or acute care setting is preferred but not required. New graduates are welcome to apply./li
