font-family: verdana, geneva;"In conjunction with the agency director, the social worker will be the contact person with the foundation department at the local hospital./span/pp style="margin: 0px;"span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;"Responsible for event coordination, planning and execution./span/pp style="margin: 0px;"span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;"Assures proper documentation of social services in clinical records in compliance with state, federal, and Joint Commission standards./span/pp style="margin: 0px;"span style="font-size: 10pt;
