pbuSUMMARY:/u/b/ppPosition requires an individual to have supervisory skills, customer service skills, positive attitude, knowledge of food preparation, oversee all areas in preparing location and area for day-to-day operation, responsible for accurate accounting and all transactions and assist with location inventory controls./pp/ppbuRESPONSIBILITIES:/u/b/pullipSupervise multiple locations, non-profit groups, and employees./p/lilipEnsure high level of customer service with a high standard of quality and cleanliness./p/lilipMaintain safe working conditions and sanitary work area./p/lilipAssign tasks to cashiers as necessary./p/lilipMaintain accurate cash/credit handling procedures at all times./p/lilipFollow and enforce rules and regulations of SAVOR, and alcohol policies./p/lilipTake initiative to deliver the highest levels of customer service and food quality to every guest./p/lilipPerform checklist and give direct feedback to Concession Manager./p/lilipEnsures proper opening and closing of stand./p/lilipEnsures inventory counts are accurate before, during and after events, accountable for the area that is assigned each event./p/lilipEnsures stand team members are abiding by all policies and procedures./p/lilipWillingness to perform additional tasks such as cooking, cleaning, working portables and concession stand when needed./p/lilipRegular attendance is an essential job function./p/lilipPosition requires the ability to work at all ASM Global venues in Wichita and Andover./p/lilipPerforms other related duties as assigned./p/li/ulp/ppbuDUTIES:/u/b/pullipReports to Concessions Manager in appropriate uniform, for assigned location./p/lilipLead team or teams working in concession stands either portable or on the floor./p/lilipAccurately verify all cash and inventory./p/lilipFollows all rules and regulations which apply to the beverage operations and to Food and Beverage Division./p/lilipEnsure any guest request for alcohol requires a request for proper identification./p/li/ulp/ppbuQUALIFICATIONS:/u/b/pullipPrevious management responsibilities./p/lilipExperience within food and beverage./p/lilipAbility to ensure each person on team delivers a high level of customer service with high standards for quality and cleanliness./p/lilipBasic math ability to accurately count and handle money./p/lilipAbility to follow directions and effectively perform the work./p/lilipPositive attitude and neat appearance./p/lilipMust speak and understand English./p/lilipAttend all Food amp; Beverage assigned training classes and venue training./p/li/ulp/ppTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
