Qualified candidates should be prepared to work with a wide variety of clients and personality types. Clients include high school students, their parents, and current college students. Advisors must be able to lead client meetings with confidence and possess strong interpersonal communication skills./span/ppspan style="font-size:12px;"Advisors must be prepared to serve as a counselor, liaison, interpreter, mediator, and advisor, all-in-one and dependent on the client's needs.
