As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, and creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. /ul pstrongEssential Functions:/strong/p ul liServes alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and cocktails./li liGreets customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking their orders and making recommendations based on their preferences./li liPrepares and serves a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and standards./li liEnsures accurate and efficient handling of cash transactions, including handling payments, giving change, and processing credit card payments./li liMaintains a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies, cleaning glasses and utensils, and arranging bottles and ingredients./li liEngages with customers, create a welcoming and lively atmosphere, and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit./li liAssesses customer preferences and tailor drink recommendations based on their taste and preferences./li liAdheres to all relevant health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, ensuring the bar area is clean and compliant with all regulations./li liMonitors and manages inventory levels, including tracking and reporting any shortages or discrepancies to the management./li liCollaborates with the concessions staff to ensure efficient and timely service, especially during peak hours and special events./li liStays updated with new beverage trends, techniques, and industry developments to provide innovative and exciting drink options to customers./li liCloses and cleans all work areas./li liAssists Ice Haus staff during
