You may be required to work a split shift, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed./li /ul pstrongEssential Job Duties/strong/p ul type="disc" liMaintains dining room areas, including stocking, set up and breakdown according to protocols./li liGreets and assists customers; handles and follows up with routine requests./li liMaintains overall cleanliness and presentation of dining room areas./li liBuses trays, plates, etc. and cleans tables for upcoming customers./li liPrepares food bars and/or buffet areas with appropriate food items and supplies as directed./li liEnsures all drink equipment is clean and working properly./li liMaintains maximum standards of sanitation and safety./li liMay serve food and beverages to clients per order./li liMay process and post order tickets according to protocol./li liMay have dining room closing responsibilities./li liTransport equipment such as podiums, tables, and chairs to the dining areas and set in place./li liPractice the safe handling care and storage of all banquet equipment./li liKeep the dining room and storage areas clean and always organized./li liOther duties as assigned./li /ul pstrongBasic Qualifications/strong/p ul type="disc" liMust be able to communicate in English while performing assigned duties./li liMust be flexible to work a split shift, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed./li liAbility to stand for extended periods of time and lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds of tables, dishes, glassware, and food trays etc./li liCalifornia Food Handler’s Card/li liRBS Alcohol Server Certificate/li liMust be able to follow and maintain maximum standards of ServSafe sanitation and safety to ensure the highest standards for food and beverage service./li /ul pstrongRequired Documents/strong/p ul type="disc" li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto;line-height: normal;mso-list: l3 level1 lfo4;tab-stops: list 0.5in;"Resume./li /ul
