The Loss Prevention Agent plays a critical role in inventory management and shortage reduction. Daily LP tasks at store are focused on safety, inventory management and shortage reduction. Loss Prevention Agent will be reporting to Loss Prevention Manager and Store Manager, serve as an asset for protection and safety specialist of our stores./pp/ppbKey Responsibilities:/b/pulliTrain store team members on loss prevention and safety policies, procedures and standards: ensure compliance from all store team, notifying store management/Loss Prevention Manager of any violations./liliEnsure LP team can successfully identify, apprehend and detain shoplifters by following company guidelines./liliBuild productive relationships with store leadership team and associates./liliLead associate awareness efforts and generate leads pertaining to internal investigations./liliFocus on importance of proper inventory management.
