The OL provides expertise in allnbsp; operation processes including opening, closing, training, and delegation of tasks while always demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance./p pstrongKey Roles amp; Responsibilities:/strongnbsp;/p ul liThe Operationsnbsp; Lead performs all store opening, closing, and Front-End processes, ensuring accurate and timely execution, and operational readiness, providing troubleshooting, team management, conditioning, and housekeeping, while ensuring building, assets, and team member security.nbsp;/li liThe OL coordinates directly with the Operations Managernbsp;to maximize staffing effectiveness that supports traffic, sales, and the customer experience, including compliance with Company timekeeping policies, meeting labor model standards, customer interaction standards, and business metrics.nbsp;nbsp;/li liThe OL participates in Task Management by planning/executing the daily/weekly zone workloadnbsp;and assigning tasks to deliver on store, department, sales goals, guest engagement, etc., and ensures all tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner./li liThe Operations Lead supports the store team in the areas of customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, loss prevention expense control, and customer experience so the store will operate effectively and profitably.nbsp;nbsp;/li liThe OL Drives productivity by training, coaching,nbsp; planning, monitoring, and appraising results./li liThe Operations nbsp;Lead leverages daily interactions and team huddles to communicate and teach/train topics that support the customer experience./li liThe operations nbsp;Lead participates in all freight processes for incoming freight and/or transitions nbsp;The OLnbsp; processes freight, and stocks,nbsp; including down stocking and end cap maintenance, while maintaining a neat, clean, organized store.nbsp;/li liAll other duties are based on business needs./li liNights and weekends required/li /ul pstrongQualifications amp; Competencies:/strongnbsp;/p ul liAt least 18 years old./li liHigh School Diploma/Equivalent./li liCommunicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills./li liAbility to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays./li liAbility to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs./li liThe ability to work effectively independently and within a team./li liStrong attention to detail, e.g., standards, processes,nbsp; marketing, nbsp;etc./li liReliable and trustworthy role model for ethical and honest behavior.nbsp; Does the right thing for the team member, the customer, and the company in all situations./li liCreates a sense of urgency; promotes teamwork, delegates appropriately; motivates self and team to accomplish objectives.nbsp; Timely and thorough execution./li liAbility to comprehend, train, develop, motivate, and lead in a manner of fosters a work environment that is smart amp; scrappy, safe, and fun./li liFlexible and creative with an ability to handle multiple tasks where priorities shift with the demands of the business./li /ul
