The REVELxp team seeks to grow with innovative self-starters who want to be a part of reshaping fan experiences across the nation.nbsp;/ppbr//ppemThis position will be in Starkville, MS at Davis Wade Stadium./em/ppbr//ppstrongJob Description/strong/ppFANgineers play a vital role in the success of the hospitality program and game days – they help engineer a great experience by providing the highest level of hospitality for our fans in the premium seating areas on game day. FANgineers serve as goodwill ambassadors to donors and their guests while maintaining the operational policies in place for all premium seating areas. FANgineers also serve as a liaison between donors, caterers, maintenance staff, custodial staff, Hospitality Managers, and Athletic Department personnel./ppbr//ppstrongDuties and Responsibilities/strong/ppPrimary duties to include, but not limited to the following:/pulliAct as game day ambassadors for the Hospitality Office and athletics department./liliPerform G.O.L.D. Standard Service for all guests, fans, and department staff./liliEnsure all game day policies and procedures are being upheld./liliMonitor entrances, review tickets, and be aware of access control protocols./liliServe as an elevator attendant and people movement monitor./liliPerform pre-, during-, and post-game duties associated with the premium areas (i.e., fulfilling requests, disposing trash, monitoring facility needs and food amp; beverage needs, etc.)/liliOther duties as assigned./li/ulpstrongAvailability and Opportunities/strong/pulliMust be available to work all home football games at Davis Wade Stadium./liliFANgineers are hourly employees. Hours will range between 6-14 hours per week depending on the home game schedule and game preparation needs each week./liliFANgineers are expected to work the entire football game day shift, which typically begins 1 hour before stadium gates open and ends approximately 90 minutes post-game./liliOpportunities may be available to work the Fridaybefore game days for additional hours./liliAlong with football home games, gain the opportunity (with a positive supervisor evaluation) to work additional athletic events, such as basketball, baseball, etc./li/ulpRequirements/pulliAbility to work all home football games (includes some nights and weekends)/liliTrustworthy; a person of integrity/liliService mindset./liliFriendly demeanor and positive attitude/liliDependable/liliEnthusiastic to be a part of a team that makes guests feel seen, welcomed, and valued./liliWilling to learn and be flexible to fill in where needed./liliAbility to communicate clearly amp; effectively with guests and game day partners./liliAbility and willingness to stand or sit for long periods of time./li/ulpstrongBenefits/strong/pulliCompetitive pay rate ($11/hour)/liliPaid break/liliHoliday pay (time and a half) for working on Labor Day or Thanksgiving Day, if applicable./li/ulpemPlease note: Because Bulldog Suites is an official office of REVELxp (a private company), we are not considered an “on-campus job”, therefore we can only hire applicants who are eligible to work in the US for any employer./em/p
