Apply Now! /pp/ppbEssential Job Function:/b/ppThe function of a Guest Service Associate is to perform the following duties in a friendly and professional manner ensuring a high level of customer service and store appearance./pp/ppbDuties and Responsibilities:/b/pulliCustomer Service/liliRunning a cash register, this includes accountability for cash, lottery tickets, cash cards, etc./liliCompleting shift report/liliCleaning (windows, floors, bathrooms, emptying trash containers, etc.)/liliStocking shelves and coolers/liliSweeping and mopping floors/liliGasoline tank inventory (stick readings)/liliChecking product in as it is delivered from vendors/liliYard maintenance (sweeping, shoveling, painting, checking gas wells, etc.)/liliLight equipment maintenance (pumps, lighting, machinery, etc.)/liliMerchandising/liliOther tasks assigned by management/liliAbility to communicate with associates and guests/liliAbility to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork/li/ulp/ppbPosition Requirements:/b/pulliWear required store uniform/liliAvailable weekend, evening shifts and holidays/liliMust have reliable transportation/liliMust attend mandatory meetings (i.e. T.A.M., sexual harassment)/li/ulp/ppbPhysical Requirements:/b/pulliFrequent bending, reaching, lifting of 1 to 15 lbs/liliBe able to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion/liliReaching above shoulder height and bending below waist/liliBe able to freely access all areas of the store/liliMove quickly around store/li/ulp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:inherit"/ppResearch shows that many, especially women and marginalized people, are hesitant to apply for job if they don’t check every box.
