And PLAY to your fullest potential/li/ulpbr//ppnbsp;All new hires must complete a 30-day probationary period to complete their training and meet skills and certification checkpoints, during which time they will be paid $9.00 per hour. It’s possible for some candidates to complete their probationary period sooner, by showing full competence and control of the playroom by themselves. Once a new hire is able to work a room by themselves, they will receive their hourly rate of $12.nbsp;You will be required to conduct approximately 6 hours of self-paced online training prior to starting your in-room training, for which you will be compensated at the $9.00 per hour rate./ppbr//ppAs the Front Desk Coordinator you are responsible to work with all customers and team members to ensure our customer experience sets the highest standards and satisfaction of our customers.
