style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"span style="font-size:12.0pt"Maintain professional communication via emails, phone calls, letters, and face-to-face contact with referents and collateral style="font-size:11pt"span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"span style="font-size:12.0pt"Assist in teaching clients healthy behavioral patterns, de-escalation, and crisis intervention techniques accreditation standards, including annual trainings, CEUs, and performance reviews/span/span/span/li li style="text-align:justify"span style="font-size:11pt"span degree in social work, psychology, or a relevant field, along with one or a combination of the following:/span/span/span/p ul lispan style="font-size:11pt"span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"span style="font-size:12.0pt"Credentials: CAS, CAT, ADDC, LAC, LPXX, LCP, LCSW, LSW, LMHC, CDCA, LCDC/span/span/span/li lispan style="font-size:11pt"span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"span style="font-size:12.0pt"Minimum 1 year in a clinical or behavioral health setting/span/span/span/li lispan style="font-size:11pt"span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"span style="font-size:12.0pt"License or certification in good standing/span/span/span/li lispan style="font-size:11pt"span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"span style="font-size:12.0pt"Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality and ethics/span/span/span/li lispan style="font-size:11pt"span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"span style="font-size:12.0pt"Must be knowledgeable of the following: Family of Origin issues, Alcohol/Drug Use issues, and any other areas pertinent to the
