Provides direct leadership, instruction and motivation for students in swimming classes./span/p pnbsp;/p pspan style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"span style="color:#8e44ad"strongESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:/strong/span/span/p ul lispan style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"Instructs swimming lessons in accordance with YMCA guidelines, having prepared lesson plans accordingly/span/li lispan style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"Builds effective, authentic relationships with students and parents; helps them connect with each other and the YMCA.
