In addition, they are responsible for keeping the environment clean and safe and leading and monitoring outside play in varying weather conditions.nbsp;nbsp;Child and Youth Programsnbsp;(After School staff) membersnbsp;work with their teammates using appropriate guidance and conflict resolution techniques, communicate with each other about issues that may arise, and provide constant attention to the needs of the children in their care./p p dir="ltr"nbsp;/p p dir="ltr"A few staff members will be responsible for running sign-out procedures.
