pDescription/ppThe Barista is responsible for taking guest orders and preparing beverages and food items in an efficient manner, according to brand standards. The Barista will prepare high quality coffee and products while providing an exceptional guest experience.nbsp;/ppbr//pp*strongSummer Incentive Program/strong: You will have the opportunity to earn an additional $1.50/hour, on top of your base pay, for every worked during the period of Memorial Day-Labor Day by performing at a high level! Report any inoperable equipment immediately to Manager on Duty to minimize service disruption.nbsp;/liliPrepares food and beverage items according to recipes.nbsp;/liliReceive and process payments (cash and credit card).nbsp;/liliMaintains coffee shop’s cleanliness throughout shift.nbsp;/liliStock condiment bar with appropriate supplies.nbsp;/liliCommunicate any guest issues or questions to management immediately.nbsp;/li/ulpRequirements/ppstrongRequired Skills/Abilities:nbsp;/strong/pulliExcellent customer service skills.nbsp;/liliBasic math skills associated with cashiering.nbsp;/liliExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.nbsp;/liliAbility to multi-task, working on several orders at a time.nbsp;/liliAbility to remain calm and personable in fast-paced environment.nbsp;/li/ulpstrongEducation and Experience:nbsp;/strong/pullinbsp;Previous barista/hospitality experience, preferred.nbsp;/li/ulpstrongPhysical Requirements:/strong/pulliMust be able to stand on feet for duration of shift.nbsp;/liliMust be able to frequently lift up to 10 lbs and up to 30 lbs. occasionally.nbsp;/li/ul
