Track and assess outcomes through periodic activity reports./li /ul pSupervision/p ul liEnsure a productive work environment by participating in weekly branch staff meetings./li /ul pbr / strongADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:/strong/p ol liMay participate in special programs and/or events./li liMay be required to drive Club van./li /ol pbr / strongstrongRELATIONSHIPS:/strong/strong/p ul liInternal: Maintain close, daily contact with Club staff (professional and volunteer), Club members, and supervisor to receive/provide information, discuss issues, explain guidelines/ instructions; instruct; and advise/counsel./li liExternal: Maintain contact with external community groups, schools, members' parents and others to assist in resolving problems./li /ul pbr / strongSKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:/strong/p ul liHigh school diploma or GED/li liExperience in working with children/li liKnowledge of youth development/li liAbility to motivate youth and manage behavior problems/li liAbility to deal with the general public/li liAbility to plan and implement quality programs for youth/li liAbility to organize and supervise members in a safe environment/li liMandatory CPR and First Aid Certifications/li liValid State Drivers License/li /ul pbr / strongDISCLAIMER:/strong/p ul liThe information presented indicates the general nature and level of work expected of employees in this classification.
