CPR Certified/li listrongCurrent certification as Lifeguard recognized by the New Jersey Department of Health./strong/li liAbility to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations./li liSkill in the application of life-guarding surveillance and rescue techniques./li liAbility to pass pre-employment physical skills evaluation as stipulated by the department./li liAbility to prepare routine administrative paperwork./li liKnowledge of CPR and emergency medical procedures./li liAbility to follow routine verbal and written instructions./li liKnowledge of customer service standards and procedures./li /ul h4Qualifications/h4br
