If you love to sell, love to win, and want to be part of changing how people write, then we need your help./p pAs a Commercial Sales Manager, you'll be leading, supporting, and training the Commercial sales team in their efforts to build relationships with prospects. You will be building out a world-class team that can overachieve on their revenue goals. Our Commercial team engages with promising leads and builds awareness about culture and language./p strongWhat you will do:/strong ul liInspire, motivate, and enable personal amp; career development for your sales team/li liDevelop strategies to help the team move deals down the funnel/li liWork with reps to understand how to properly forecast their pipeline on a weekly basis/li liEnable the sales team to close deals faster by implementing resources/li liProvide onboarding and continuous training for sales reps to help them meet their individual goals/li liIdentify, interview, and hire Commercial AE's to continually level up and grow the team/li liWork closely with the marketing team to improve the volume and quality of meetings/li /ul strongWe'd love to hear from you if you:/strong ul liHave 3+ years of experience leading teams and have a true passion for growing amp; mentoring others to be successful/li liAre not afraid to join meetings, close business and help the reps to continuously hit their goal/li liLike solving hard business problems and winning as a team/li liLove working with people, and they love partnering with you/li liKnow how to execute strategic prospecting—you can support ideas on how to find the right people and get them interested in Textio/li liAre an excellent communicator verbally and in writing—Textio stands for editorial quality, and you do too/li liAre empathetic, and enjoy working with a team from a variety of backgrounds/li liHave a track record of experimenting, building, and learning new things/li liHave a point of view but are low ego/li /ul pWe'd be especially excited if you've worked closely with marketing and business development partners, particularly at a SaaS organization./p pTextio is a place where you will learn and grow.
