Assists bartenders to maintain service level standards. Assures that the lounge, bar and bar storage areas are organized, stocked, clean and efficient./pp/ppstrongQualifications:/strong/pulliPrevious experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred./li/ululliBasic understanding of beer, wine, spirits and sake preferred./liliMust be certified in Responsible Alcohol Service by applicable agency.nbsp;/liliWhere applicable, holds a state and/or local food handlers card./liliAbility to walk, sit and stand for long periods of time.nbsp;/liliMust be 21 years of age or older or in accordance of state law./liliHigh School diploma or GED preferred.
