Must be able to efficiently adhere to all policies, procedures and standards. The Dishwasher will clean the dishes, the dish area, the bathrooms, the floors, the coolers, and any other area as assigned by the Managers./p ul li pMaintain cleanliness of dishwashing station. Clean and store silverware and dishes to specification./p /li li pAssist barbacks, cooks, and food runners when necessary./p /li li pClean and replace equipment and plates during service./p /li li pFollow all sanitation logs and procedures regarding the station and document in logs/p /li li pUphold all safety, health, and cleanliness standards. Eliminate safety hazards./p /li li pClean all equipment used postproduction to sanitation standards./p /li li pReport all equipment malfunctions to management./p /li li pAlert management in writing of any maintenance/repairs./p /li li pFollow all guidelines as stated by us and the Kitchen Manager./p /li li pPerform proper rotations of cleaning chemicals and soaps./p /li li pFollow closing guidelines, perform checklists, have managerial clearance and assist others if needed during closing./p /li li pPerform any other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager. /p /li /ulh4Qualifications/h4brul li pA minimum of one-year experience in a high volume kitchen./p /li li pAt least 6 months comparable kitchen performance./p /li li pWilling to train and comply with managerial evaluation./p /li li pMust be able to lift 60 lbs., reach, bend and stoop at will./p /li li pMust be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)./p /li /ul
