Sprint cycles are 2 weeks./span/ppspan/span/pstrongQualifications:/strongpbspanMUST HAVE :/span/b/ppspan1. True consultant approach to agile coaching and agile transformation/span/ppspan2. Expectation for excellent documentation and ability to track and keep metrics on adoption and training/span/ppspan3. Experience with colocation enterprise environments and blended on/off-shore development/span/ppspan4. Jira/span/ppspan5. Excel, MS Project (any tracking tool used for established documentation)/span/ppspan6. AD experience/span/ppbspan/span/b/ppbspanQualifications:/span/b/pullispanBachelors degree in a technical field or equivalent experience./span/li/ulullispan5+ years experience in technology organizations./span/li/ulullispan3+ years of large-scale Agile coaching experience with methods such as XP, Scrum, Lean, or Kanban./span/li/ulullispanDemonstrated experience with at least one Agile transformation./span/li/ulullispan2 years of recent consulting experience./span/li/ulullispanDeep knowledge of Agile principles and practices and the ability to transfer that understanding at all levels of the organization./span/li/ulullispanConsulting and facilitation skills in leading technical teams in the adoption and improvement of Agile methodologies./span/li/ulullispanComfortable interacting one-on-one with individual technical contributors, senior engineering leaders, as well as coaching teams of engineers and presenting to large groups./span/li/ulullispanExperience addressing enterprise issues/span/li/ulullispanExperience blending approaches (Lean, Kanban, Agile, Scrum, etc.)/span/li/ulullispanOne or more related certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)./span/li/ulullispanOpen to travel throughout the US and outside the US/span/li/ulstrongAdditional Information:/strongpAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines./p
