strongCompany Description:/strongpLittle Falls Health Services is a 32 bed skilled nursing facility.  We are currently in the process of constructing another 32 resident rooms and then will be a 64 bed facility.br //pstrongJob Description:/strongpCares for skilled nursing residents under the direction of the nursing staff by performing the following dutiesspan /span/ppAnswers call lights, bells or intercom system promptly to determine the resident’s needs.br //ppBathe, dress, undress, toilet, groom and perform oral care for residents.br / /ppServes and collects food trays, feeds residents that requiring help and passes nourishment’s.br / /ppTransports residents and assists residents to walk using transfer belt.br //ppTurns and repositions bedfast residents alone or with assistance in order to prevent bedsores or contractures, br /or for comfort./ppChanges bed linens, runs errands and directs visitors.br //ppTakes and records temperatures, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, food and fluid intakes and output as directed.br //ppAssembles and uses such equipment as hydraulic lift, Hoyer lift, weight scales and other equipment as needed for resident care.br //ppSanitizes equipment.br //ppTidies up rooms, puts resident clothes and linens in their proper places.br //ppAttends inservices regularly.br //ppDocuments as requiredbr //ppReports resident change to wing nurse.br //ppUnderstands and follows the vulnerable adult and abuse policy and reporting procedure.br //ppProvides privacy for residents during personal cares and when desired by the resident.br //pstrongQualifications:/strongpstrongQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS/strong: To perform the job successfully, an individual must br /perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
