Therefore Aparecio Foundation employees are given freedom to be creative and energetic in performing their tasks and duties as professionals in their respective field of expertise.br /br //span/ppspanstrongThis is a unpaid Volunteer / Intern position./strongbr //span/pstrongJob Description:/strongpspanThe Grant Writer’s primary goals are to assist the Aparecio Foundation by completing and submitting application for private or federal grants available to the foundation. This will include preparing proposals and completing grant applications to assist the foundation in obtaining needed finances to continue stated mission./span/ppspanbr //span/ppspanDescription of Duties / Responsibilities:/spanbr /br //pullispanResearch and identify available government and private funding opportunities./span/lilispanMaintain knowledge of proper protocols and all relevant local, federal, and state guidelines required for the proper proposal submission process.  /span/lilispanGenerate revenues for foundation programs and services through submission of researched, well- written, and well-documented fund-raising proposals./span/lilispanGenerate proposals and all required supporting documents in response to solicitations. /span/lilispan Write reports to foundation, government, and other funders of the foundation./span/lilispanCreate and maintain funding calendar activities for foundation./span/lilispanMaintain communication on progress of obtained grants with project managers and executive staff./span/lilispanServe as a liaison between the Aparecio Foundation and all funding agencies or organizations. /span/li/ulstrongQualifications:/strongp/pullispanBachelor’s Degree required in related discipline/span/lilispanMinimum of 2 years experience /span/li/ulp/pstrongAdditional Information:/strongpAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines./p
