Hiring Manager would like to have all qualified candidates interview face to face or Skype./pp/pp/pp/pstrongJob Description:/strongpThe Human Capital Management (HCM) Quality Assurance Specialist 4 (QAS) will be working on behalf of the State on a complex, multi-year engagement. The selected HCM QAS will be working with the business and configuration teams to ensure that the requirements formally documented in the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) are validated and implemented in accordance with the Ohio Department of Transportation’s (ODOT) needs. ./pp•Be conversant with the contract’s functional requirements and ensure vendor compliance throughout all phases of the program./pp•Participate in Business Process Design workshops and confirm results from workshops are accurately transitioned into requirements./pp•Ensure that the OAKSenterprise RTM is complete and that the disposition of all requirements is accurately documented./pp•Confirm the validity, continuity and acceptance of requirements’ disposition throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process – Design, Build, and Test. /pp•Ensure that test scenarios and scripts are accurate and comprehensive to completely validate all OAKSenterprise requirements./pp•Confirm that test scripts are appropriately defined, maintained, and updated throughout the System and User Acceptance Test phases./pp•Validate that RTM requirements tie back to test scripts and confirm that all requirements have been successfully tested./pp•Review, coordinate, and confirm the results of all phases of testing.  /pp•Provide detailed review of deliverables for quality, technical accuracy and requirements compliance./pp•Perform quality reviews as appropriate and needed with State participants and the contractor./pp•Communicate all RTM modifications to project managers, business owners, stakeholders, and the program management office./pp•Build and maintain relationships with program stakeholders, subject matter experts, and contractor representatives./pp•Anticipate risks and issues and proactively address them. /pp•Effectively work and communicate with all parties participating on the program./pp•Cooperate with, support the goals of, and execute direction with the State’s executives and managers./pp•Conduct and participate in meetings in accordance with high professional standards and effectiveness./pp•Protect the State’s best interests in all work performed./pp /ppThe ideal candidate will have the skills specified below:/pp•Detailed understanding of processes which support the software development lifecycle./pp•Experience identifying and resolving issues with software quality./pp•Experience with quality assurance roles and responsibilities./pp•Experience with process improvement and procedures./pp•Hands-on experience with performing and managing software QA phases and reviews of work products./pp•Strong analytical skills and detail oriented./pp•Strong communication skills; both written and spoken./pp•Ability to work effectively in a team environment./pp /ppDay-to-Day responsibilities include but are not limited to:/pp•Complete tasks identified in the project plan./pp•Participate in Discovery and Design sessions and ensure that requirements are met in accordance with the State’s intent and are accurately documented in the RTM./pp•Ensure decisions are being communicated to key project resources./pp•Ensure that configuration and design decisions do not negatively impact the operational OAKS environment./pp•Trace all requirements to their corresponding configuration and/or design documents and validate that requirements are fully met.  /pp•Trace all requirements to their corresponding test scripts and validate that scripts fully test the requirements.  /pp•Work with Application Teams during pre and post assessment periods./pp•Identify and mitigate program risks/pp•Identify and resolve program issues. /pp•Track and monitor process and work product improvement opportunities./pp•Ensure that defined processes are followed./pp•Resolve conflicts with sensitivity and tact./pp•Effectively coordinate tasks and communicate with contractor, program staff, and stakeholders./pstrongQualifications:/strongp-At least 6 years’ experience with software design, development and testing/pp-At least 4 years’ required experience with large-scale PeopleSoft HCM design and implementation /pp-At least 2 years’ experience hands-on expertise with Microsoft Office products including Project and Visio/pp-Demonstrable outstanding verbal and written communication skills/pstrongAdditional Information:/strongpbAdditional Information :/b/pp- quot;All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelinesquot;. /pp- All candidates who are authorized to work in US are encouraged to apply./pp- Candidates must clear the Background check prior to commencing the assignment./ppbTHIRD PARTY CANDIDATES:/bbr //ppEmail your candidate/s resume tob  joseph dot shelton at idealforce.com/b along with the following details: Rate, Current location and Availability./ppbDisclaimer :/b /ppThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
