Perform corrective actions to restore service for clients subscribing to TRM services. /pp• Implement changes on production devices. Assist front-line client-supporting staff identifying and resolving complex application and connectivity failures. /pp• Liaise with regional and global staff to ensure production systems are processing data real-time and that all emergency procedures and service restoration documentation are updated accordingly. /pp• Responsible for reporting service outages and documenting events and service outages in accordance with established procedures/ppbr //ppEssential Responsibilities:/pp• Ensuring all service checks, changes, procedures are followed as outlined in service level agreement and internal standard operating procedure. /pp• Offers solutions and suggestions for process and product improvements to management. /pp• Complete daily activities ensuring that the team is meeting quality standards for each position set by management. /pp• Create/Update incident and change tickets with actions taken by the group. /pp• Perform other miscellaneous duties as needed. /ppbr //ppRequired Skills and Experience:/pp• Working knowledge/experience of Solaris/Linux or Microsoft Server Operating Systems /pp• Working knowledge/experience of Microsoft Office, Internet Protocols, and networking technologies. /pp• Solid technical, analytical, and problem solving skills with emphasis on both process and technology to solve business problems. /ppbr //ppDesired Skills and Experience:/pp• Technical Operations experience a plus.
