Understands conflict resolution, appreciates organizational transparency, and building trust./pp• Ability to communicate effectively across an eCommerce organization to forge relationships with business users, product managers, testers, release teams, platform engineering teams, and user interface teams./pp• technical and business audiences, executives, and external partners./pp• Ability to work in an unstructured, fast-paced environment./pp• Training in agile, and or completed Scrum certification/pp• Preferred: Experience in a multi-country high traffic eCommerce business implementing web sites, service-oriented (SOA) architectures, middle-ware, supply chain solutions, or “Software-as-a-Service” (SaaS),/pp• Ability to work with outsourced technology partners based in multiple, global locations./pp• Project Management Certification and Scrum Master certification./pp• Candidate must be a strong project manager having formed scrum team, managed 2-3 concurrently, managed multiple dependencies (within team and with outside teams) under tight timelines in a large, complex live-to-sight SW delivery environment./pp• Candidate should be highly adaptable in driving team to deliver program but always with the end customer experience or business goal in sight.
